VERIDIUM LABS
PRIVACY POLICY

Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the 1U application created by Veridium Corp. Veridium will also be referred to as "we" in this document. The 1U application is designed to be easy to use and convenient as you securely identify yourself online. This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of users’ information obtained by Veridium, including what is obtained when you access our website and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or individuals not under our employment.

Our Position on Privacy

This is typically the section in which the companies that own the apps you have downloaded say they respect your privacy. Then they immediately insult your intelligence by informing you they will be sharing your information with pretty much anyone that pays them for it. Why do they need to share what they collect about you? To exploit you as they breach your privacy, which they hypocritically say they respect, that’s why. This is part of a ploy to financially capitalize on your personal digital property—without your consent. As you use their app, you create a significant and valuable digital trail of data, which is mined by them and sold to third parties without your knowledge.

At Veridium, our motto is "Lead by Example." We do unto others as we wish others would do unto us. So when it comes to the most important and sensitive matter of privacy, yours and ours, we are extremely obsessive about protecting it. Our people have labored hard and long to create a unique and much-needed Identity Assertion Platform with the single purpose of providing you, our user, with convenience, safety and security. We certainly do NOT want you worrying about your personal information, which is why we have developed a Privacy Guarantee. We guarantee that none of the information in the 1U Private Information List below will ever be given or sold to anyone. Period!!! Thus, providing you with the highest level of security and peace of mind with respect to your privacy. In fact, your biometrics never leaves your phone—ever! There is NO central database to be hacked. The only way to access your information, biometrics or otherwise, is with your phone and your biometrics (you). Be in control of all your digital property—your data.
